Delivery
All our gowns are purchasable from our website. A small number of gowns at The Gown Box are readily available for dispatching. If you contact us we may have one of the size you require which we can send to you straight away!
Delivery times
If you order your gown today, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date which is based on the time it takes to prepare your order, carrier transit time, and your delivery address. We currently offer FREE delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will usually take 3-4 weeks. This is an estimation. Delivery company delays or placing an order on a weekend or bank holiday may extend this.
All our orders are made by hand and at certain times of the year we may be extra busy. We kindly ask for your patience.
Problem with your order
If there's been a mistake with your order, or it hasn't yet been delivered, or if your item has been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, please contact us right away so we can look into it.
Delivery exemptions
Sorry, we don't currently deliver internationally. If there is a problem with the delivery address you have specified at the time of placing your order we will contact you straight away.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. However, if not please contact us straight away and we'll help you return it. You have 30 days from the delivery of your item to return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please return it in its original condition. You are responsible for the return postage costs and for any loss in value should the gown not be returned in its original condition.
The original condition means you have retained all original packaging and labels in good condition and the item can be resold at full price AND the item is unused.
If you are only returning part of your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. Please be aware that we will only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked by one of us.
